1. Who we are
Big of UK Games Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates this free play arcade. By creating a profile or playing, the player agrees to these terms.
2. Free play only
All games are free. We sell nothing, accept no payments and offer no real money prizes. Gems, badges and trophies are virtual items with no monetary value; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything of value, on or off the platform.
3. Age requirement
The arcade is for adults aged 21 and over. We may verify age and will close accounts that fail verification.
4. Accounts
One account per person. Keep credentials private; activity on an account is the holder's responsibility. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Fair Play Rules.
5. Acceptable use
No cheating, automation, exploits, harassment, hate speech or impersonation. No commercial use of the platform without written permission.
6. Content and ownership
Games, artwork, names and code belong to us or our licensors. Players keep ownership of content they post (such as nicknames and chat messages) and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change or retire games and features at any time. Virtual items may be adjusted for balance; they carry no value, so no compensation arises.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is” for amusement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
9. Governing law
