1. What we collect
- Account data: nickname, email address, date of birth (for the 21+ check), avatar choice.
- Play data: scores, quest progress, gem balance, tournament entries.
- Technical data: device type, browser, approximate region, crash logs.
- Support data: chat transcripts and report forms.
2. Why we collect it
To run accounts and leaderboards, verify age, keep the arcade fair and secure, fix bugs, and — only with consent — send the weekly digest.
3. What we never do
We never sell personal data, never share it with advertisers, and never profile players for real-money products of any kind.
4. Legal bases
Contract (running the service), legal obligation (age checks), legitimate interest (security, bug fixing) and consent (newsletter), under UK GDPR.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Crash logs are kept for 12 months.
6. Player rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection — exercise any of them via Settings → Privacy or by emailing [email protected]. Complaints can also go to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
